Refund policy
All of our products are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for orders placed by mistake, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please email us at info@covenantdept.com within 30 days of delivery.

one full photo of the shirt
Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, you may choose either a 100% refund or a free reprint, whichever you prefer. If you choose a refund, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
Returns are not required unless we specifically ask for one.
